Among many projects, including product launches and brand hierarchy strategy, with Johnson + Johnson Vision, a favorite of mine was an internal platform we created to spark inspiration, ownership, and pride with the sales team. Using patient outcomes as a focal point, we launched the Made Possible campaign to draw an emotional connection between the products JJSV's sales teams spend every day with, and the individual lives they have a role in touching with their work.

The culmination of this campaign was a video which was played at the company's national sales meeting. The client’s goal was, quite simply, to make people cry. We don't have the hard data on tears in the room, but the feedback was resoundingly sniffly.
