Admittedly, I didn’t understand firsthand how omnipresent Zoetis is in the world of animal health until several months into our project when I got my first dog (related to immersing myself in the company’s deep love for animals? Perhaps?). Now, when I see the Zoetis name attached to Chilly’s medications, I feel even more proud — and sure of — the work we did together.

For Zoetis, we interviewed employees from across the world, from hourly warehouse workers to salaried scientists, to understand the nuanced yet uniting sense of purpose that defines a Zoetis career. We were tasked with taking the company’s Employee Value Proposition out into the world, with an external communications platform designed to illuminate the passion which differentiates Zoetis — in a way that could resonate with, and attract/retain, their wide range of employee categories and backgrounds.

Fun fact: I recorded scratch VO to share the script with the client, and they liked it so much that I got to hit the studio as the voice talent for the final cut.
